We also invite campers and their families to attend local horse show events with us as competitors and spectators.
What is "Horse show" camp?
These weeks we focus on covering what is involved with attending a horse show. All campers are invited to compete in a local horse show at the end of the week. You do not need to own your own horse or pony and there are classes for all levels! *additional fees apply
Campers are encouraged to come dressed ready to ride. A helmet and riding boots are highly recommended. If you would like to purchase a helmet or boots for your child we can suggest local tack shops and online sites to assist you or we can order them for you. Prices vary but we can usually find them starting as low as $50 for boots and $55 for a helmet. If your child already has his/her own riding helmet that he/she would like to use please feel free to bring it along. We have equipment for those who do not have their own.
What is the cost?
The cost for our 5-day program is $275; our 3-day program is $175. There are additional charges associated with competing at horse shows.
