Pepper Jack
Jack is a wonderful 16.2hh bay thoroughbred gelding who was bred for the racetrack. He was successful in his youth as an eventer. His registered name is Winderwings and his bloodlines include Bold Ruler, who was the sire of Secretariat. Jack has a super sweet personality and is a wonderful responsive horse to ride. He has amazing presence and turns heads at every horse show we go to. His build brings out the elegance in every rider! With his eventing background he is a great match for someone who wants to learn dressage or jumping. He's patient with beginners through advanced riders- even our littlest riders love to ride him!
Jack's Pedigree My Song
Miley is a 13hh POA red roan mare. We call her our "super pony" as she is truly amazing. Her movement under saddle and form over fences is everything you could wish for in a hunter . She has been Champion or Reserve in hunter, equitation and pleasure divisions at almost every horse show she has gone to. She has a fabulous personality and we think she is the perfect pony, we would not trade her for anything in the world!
Nobody's Perfect
Java is a super pony! She is a 12.1hh, 15 year old paint pony who loves her job. She is very steady and dependable and teaches our youngest riders. She even taught our youngest rider (3 years old) to walk and trot and she now rides Java all by herself. Java is also very versatile and can jump with the best of them.
We are very happy to say Java has found her own little boy to love and grow with her!!! As You Wish
Bob horse is truly a gift for us in so many ways! His registered name is Slow Down Marci and he was born April 29, 1987. He is a very well bred thoroughbred but never raced. An ex-Maclay horse (one of the most challenging horse show classes for junior riders) he is now retired from jumping at that level (3'6) but still continues to teach our less experienced riders the ropes both at home and at horse shows. He is one of the best confidence builders out there, whether he has a 5 yr old beginner on him or a more experienced rider learning how to navigate a course of small jumps. Even at 25 he looks forward to getting out there and strutting his stuff!
Bob's Pedigree Just About Dun
Tally is a beautiful welsh mare who's registered name is Misty Morn's Metallic Miss. Her looks, movement, and form over fences has lead to many championships from walk/trot to 2' divisions. She has a great personality and is most definitely a barn favorite!
We are happy to say Tally is now living like a queen in Pennsylvania!! Nun Better
Josie is a fabulous QH large pony. She has been shown extensively with many championships in hunter and equitation divisions. She is not a beginner pony but is an amazing partner for our intermediate riders looking to improve their skills.
Our sweet Josie is now learning the ropes of becoming an event horse!! Leather and Lace
Cottie is a wonderful Trakehner mare by Schonefeld. Her registered name is Schonau. She was born in 1990 and has enjoyed an extensive show career in both the hunter and jumper rings. She consistently placed in the hacks and was in the ribbons in the Regular Working Hunter divisions as well as the jumpers at A shows. She has an unmatched disposition and a true natural talent over fences. She is fully approved by the ISR Oldenburg.
In 1999 Cottie had her first foal, Drake, by Elite Hanoverian Don Alfredo. Drake is now successfully competing in the hunter divisions on the AA circuit and has already received top ribbons at midwest shows. In April of 2001, Cottie had a lovely black/gray filly by Pablito. Persnickety is a gorgeous black (turning gray) with a huge white blaze, big movement with a gorgeous head and neck. Her most recent foal by an Oldenburg stallion is now a yearling. Cottie joined the Fox Run Farm family in April 2013. She and Lola have been competing in the Children's Hunters and Equitation divisions at a local horse show series and have been awarded Champion or Reserve Champion every time out. They will be making thier AA debut this summer. |
